Located on historic Australia Street in Newtown, Temple on the Park has been a place for the community to meet and celebrate together since 1863.
Comprehensively renovated in 2018, it is a striking and inspirational venue which we are delighted to make available for your events.
The Temple's rooms are flooded with natural light, with a beautiful and peaceful outlook directly over Camperdown Memorial Rest Park.
We have two spaces available for public venue hire: the Main Hall and the Park View room:
- With a 150 person capacity, the Temple's Main Hall is ideally suited for funerals, weddings, naming ceremonies, fundraising events - community gatherings of all kinds.
- With a 35 person capacity, the Park View Room has an intimate ambiance and is perfect for seminars, workshops and small groups.
